TRAINING RESOURCES
Practical resources for athletes and families.
Concise, original Team Shooting Stars guidance on beginning the sport, training habits, preparation and the official sources that govern competition and athlete safety.
USEFUL, NOT ENDLESS
A small library built around questions athletes actually have.
These resources are meant to support coaching and help athletes remember useful ideas between practices. They do not replace individual coaching, current competition rules or official safeguarding and clean-sport information.
We will add material when it serves a clear purpose: getting started, using a training journal, preparing for competition, understanding equipment decisions or finding the right official source.
Rule-sensitive resources should always be checked against the current USA Shooting, ISSF, SafeSport or World Shooting Para Sport source before being treated as an official requirement.
