Contact form information

When you submit the website contact form, Team Shooting Stars receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, inquiry type and message. Optional athlete-related fields are used only to help route and understand the inquiry.

Please do not submit medical records, financial account information, government identification numbers or other sensitive personal information through the website form.

How information is used

Website inquiry information is used to respond to your message, arrange visits, answer program questions and communicate about the subject of your inquiry. Team Shooting Stars does not sell website inquiry information to advertisers.

Mailing list subscriptions

If you explicitly subscribe to academy updates, the email address and optional name you provide are used for mailing-list communications. Contact-form submissions are not subscribed automatically. When no external mailing-list provider is configured, the website can store explicit subscriptions privately in WordPress for academy administration.

Third-party services

The website may link to or use services operated by organizations such as USA Shooting, the U.S. Center for SafeSport, ISSF, World Shooting Para Sport, payment providers or social platforms. Those services operate under their own privacy practices.
